1. Eligibility

By using Mentoxis, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You will provide accurate information during registration.
• You are using the Services for personal and professional development only.

2. Nature of Service

• Mentoxis provides career mentorship, mock interviews, system design coaching, resume reviews, and other tech-career development services.
• Mentorship does not guarantee job placement, promotions, or interview shortlisting.
• All coaching and guidance are based on the mentor's personal experience and knowledge.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments must be made in advance via the approved payment gateways.
• No refunds are provided once a session is booked or after any Mentoxis services have been delivered.
• Sessions may be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance by contacting us at ysantoshdev@gmail.com, subject to mentor availability.
• If payment fails or is incomplete, the booking will not be confirmed.

4. Session Policies

• You must join the session on time.
• Late arrival may reduce the session duration without extension.
• No-shows are considered completed sessions with no refund or rescheduling.
• Recording sessions is prohibited unless Mentoxis provides explicit written consent.

5. Use of Mentoxis Platform

You agree not to:

• Copy, distribute, or misuse any learning or mentorship materials.
• Share mentor contact details without permission.
• Upload harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content.
• Attempt unauthorized access, modification, or disruption of Mentoxis services.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, designs, materials, and branding on Mentoxis are the exclusive property of Mentoxis.
• You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written approval.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

• Mentoxis collects essential data such as profile details, session history, and communication for service improvement.
• We do not sell or misuse your personal data.
• Your data is handled according to the Mentoxis Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mentoxis is not responsible for:

• Hiring outcomes, interview results, or career decisions.
• Losses or damages arising from mentorship advice.
• Technical failures, service delays, or unforeseen interruptions.

Your use of Mentoxis is at your own discretion and risk.

9. Termination

Mentoxis may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate the Terms & Conditions.
• You engage in fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.
• You misuse Mentoxis Services or intellectual property.

10. Changes to Terms

Mentoxis may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated terms.
